All entries must be a member of one of the eleven clubs within the SCTA. But, there is a "Guest" option to race on the course for "Time Only". All drivers MUST be licensed for the speed at which they will be racing. All rules in the El Mirage procedure manual are followed and race vehicles are built according to the SCTA Rulebook.
